HAPPY FRIDAY!!
I'm so glad it's Friday this week especially because my mom is coming to town today! She is coming by herself and she hasn't done that in SO long! We're going to see The Color Purple tonight, maybe laying out, shopping, getting pedicures, going to the movie (who knows?!) tomorrow and then eating at Wild Horse Saloon tomorrow night! Cannot wait. I love you, Mom!

I have just read all the blog posts and am sitting here smiling at the memories you have just invoked. What a fabulous night your engagement was for us all! For Geeg to know that you were indeed going to spend the rest of your life with the man you had loved for so long...no words. And, the fashion statements you made were hilarious! But, your observations about them were even more fun! And, Seeing the picture of you and your Mommy, of course, brought tears to my eyes. What a blessing you have been for 25 years. Love that you are blogging, love you. Can't wait to hear about the weekend and, the Color Purple.
